Marketplace role
StudentStay connects travellers, property owners and local hosts. Providers remain responsible for accurate listings and supplying the booked service.
Account responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the platform lawfully. Fraud, harassment and off-platform payment requests are prohibited.
Bookings and payments
A booking becomes confirmed when payment succeeds and, when required, the provider approves the request. Displayed totals include mandatory platform fees.
